Liberal Democrats offer cross-party work to oppose Labour's council funding cuts

Back in July, we made an open offer to the Leader of Southwark Council to work jointly to oppose this Labour Government's cuts to local councils, set to leave Southwark with a £90m black hole over the next 3 years.
