Old Kent Road Regeneration - The Council must must put existing residents and businesses at the heart of regeneration plans

Old Kent Road is in line for massive regeneration.  The Council has a poor track record of meeting its 35% housing targets for council and social housing.  It has also historically failed to take local residents and businesses at the heart of change plans.

It must deliver a minimum of 35% affordable housing

Building heights and densities not set by developers on the grounds of ‘viability’
